Before, During, After Testing
Given the situations that we're on the excel link on Stream, there were a few instances when information for certain events were not available. One of which being "In an event of taking a tablet after the expiry date, what should the person do?" One person said that it was not a big deal so they would just ignore it since it was an over-the-counter drug anyway. Another person said that drugs can last up to six months to a year after the said expiry. The information regarding drowsiness and who are the people that are supposed to be avoiding the drug is quite clear.
Alcohol intoxication was unclear and again, since it was an over-the-counter drug, the user will simply ignore what effect alcohol has and still drink anyway.
In regards to all the information, it was clear and not much of a hassle to read. However, in terms of the design, I've had comments about how it was dark and too simple.
Feedback from Tim
I met with Tim today and he thinks I need to incorporate more visuals into the packaging design. I think he is right. He also thought the new design (opening from the top, instead of opening from the side) works better than the previous one. He did mention that although branding was not really the focus of the whole assignment, they still wanted to see it as part of our package.Similar from what two of my users said, he reckons the colour I used was too dark and that he hasn't seen any drug packaging that dark.
