I chose Histaclear for my over-the-counter medicine. I had my sister (13 years old) answer the questionnaire. I found that a lot of the information asked weren't found on the packaging. It was unclear if taking the medicine was okay before sleeping, if it was okay to take the medicine along side some other drugs, if it was okay to take the medicine before, during or after eating and finally, what to do when you overdose...
I also had feedback about the packaging having awful colours and how the packaging contains images that suggest children can use it yet there is a warning on the top left corner of the box that clearly says to keep it our of children's reach.
